Once we have provided the university list to the student or received their signed enrollment form, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. We prioritize transparency and want applicants to clearly understand that all service fees are non-refundable. This policy is applied universally without exceptions.
By signing the enrollment form provided by SuccessBeacon, the student expressly acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy. We strongly encourage applicants to review all terms and conditions carefully before availing of our services. If there are any questions or concerns regarding our refund policy, we are always available to provide clarification. Our goal is to deliver the highest level of service and support throughout the application process.
However, students may cancel our services within 24 hours of payment and request a refund, as outlined in our cancellation policy.
