Policy details

The student may cancel our services within 24 hours of paying the registration fee, but only if the enrollment form has not been signed. Once the enrollment form is signed, the student explicitly agrees to the no-refund policy. Additionally, cancellations will not be accepted once the university list has been shared by SuccessBeacon.

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued only to the original mode of payment. Processing times may vary, typically taking between 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the card.
